  Note: Our Return rate will be decided, depending upon the condition of the product and shall be finalized only after testing the product. Rates of precious metal prevailing in the market shall NOT be considered for calculating the return price of the product.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

No exchange or refund request can be made the following products :

• Customized Jewelry (including personalized / engraved products) are NOT eligible for a 7-Day return policy. Only lifetime Exchange applies to such customized jewelry.

• Gold coins/Bars: No return on gold coins or gold bars.

• Silver coins/Bars: No return on Silver Coins or silver bars.

• This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).

1.     Replacement Policy:

·        We do not accept replacement unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via an email at info@plushvie.in with details of the product and the defect.

·        Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine the product and notify you via e-mail within a period of seven days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

·        If the product is found defective then we will arrange for a replacement of the product at no extra cost.

·        After filing the replacement application the product will be picked up within the period of two to three days by the authorized person of the Plushvie.

·        After analyzing the defect of the product the money will be transferred to your wallet and the after you can purchase new product within the period of ten to fifteen days.

·        Buyer will NOT be charged for shipping expenses in case of replacement.

1.1 Resizing of the product:

• If you want to resize your product, the seller will resize it free of cost except in certain cases where the resized product costs more than the existing price of the product such incremental cost shall be borne by the buyer.

• Shipping charges under Resizing policy shall be borne by the buyer.

• This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).

Following terms must be fulfilled while replacement of the product:

·        The product that is to be replaced must be returned with the tag intact and must be in the tamper free packaging that is provided in the delivery parcel.

·        Product should be accompanied with original product certificate and the original / copy of invoice for all exchange within the 7-Day

·        Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance                   Department will review it.

·        Any item that shows sign of wear or has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted. Further in such cases we will deduct the cost of damage from the refund amount.

·         In case the  customer cannot produce the  original certificate, the  company will  send  the  solitaire /jewellery to the  lab  for recertification, the  shipping and certification cost  of which shall be borne by the customer.

·        Plushvie reserves the right to calculate the exchange amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our quality check team.

2.     Exchange Policy:

·        Exchange must be initiated within seven days (7 days) from the date of delivery of the product.

·        In case of exchange of the product, pick up will be done by plushvie’s logistic team within two to three days of the request.

·        Buyer must buy the new product at the same time when exchange request in made.

·        Plushvie will refund the full amount on creating exchange request as credit points in the Plushvie’s wallet.

·        Buyer can utilize the same credit point for buying the new product.

·        In case the price of new product is higher than the credit points, buyer will have to pay the difference amount.

·        New product will be delivered to the buyer within 10-15 days from placing the new order.

·        In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

·        Buyer will NOT be charged for shipping expenses in case of exchange.

·        Plushvie reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the  decision prior to the  purchase.

3.     Product Refund Policy:

·        Refund request must be initiated within seven days (7 days) from the date of delivery of the product.

·        In case of refund request for the product, pick up will be done by plushvie’s logistic team within two to three days of the request.

·        Plushvie will refund eighty percent (80%) amount of the order value on creating refund request, payment of the  refund amount shall be done via online bank

·        In case of refund request, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days from the date of QUALITY CHECK clearance.

·        In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.

·        Buyer will NOT be charged for shipping expenses in case of Refund.

·        Plushvie reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.
